Our healthcare plan options provide low cost physician visits and prescription co-pays as well as a high-quality vision plan.
Our Medical Plans offer our employees the flexibility to select benefits coverage that meets the needs of their family. GAPSI has three different plan designs that provide for a Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) and two separate, Preferred Provider Options (PPO).
Our Dental Plans offer employees the choice of a high option and low option plan design. Employees can make their dental decisions based on their specific needs. These plans offer coverage for a variety of preventative, basic, and major care options as well as a rollover program that allows employees to rollover unused dental coverage funds
year to year.
In addition to our medical and dental coverage, GAPSI offers Life Insurance, Accidental Death and Dismemberment, Long Term Disability Insurance, Voluntary Short Term Disability Insurance, Worldwide Travel Assistance, Flexible Spending Accounts, and an Employee Assistance Program.
Retirement savings are available through a comprehensive 401K package that provides a matching employer contribution that is 100% vested upon eligibility. Profit sharing contributions at the discretion of the company are available to reward eligible employees as our company continues to grow.
