GAPSI is proud to have been selected by the Department of State, Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs and International Information Programs (ECA & IIP), as an awardee of a Blanket Purchase Agreement to provide professional and support services. GAPSI currently supports DoS in a variety of capacities and is excited to expand our services through this contract vehicle.
