GAPSI develops course curricula and training using Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation (ADDIE) Instructional Systems Design (ISD) concepts. This provides the TSA with courses, instructor and student guides, and implementation plans strategically designed to respond to rapidly changing demographics, new legislation, and cultural changes. GAPSI training focuses on the best methods for diversity to strengthen organizational performance and strengthen participant understanding of the broad definition of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO).
