GAP Solutions delivers business processes improvements to increase efficiency, productivity and achieve desired outcomes. Through our outsourced solutions, we handle all aspects of program administration including planning, operations, management, staffing, technology infrastructure, facilities, and security. For example, we administer the AmeriCorps Child Care Program where we developed an electronic application management system to oversee the application processing, adjudication, and disbursement of childcare benefit payments to thousands of childcare providers in support of a population of ~80,000 AmeriCorps members. GAP Solutions provide financials management, accounting, and payroll services to support revenue collection, financial reporting, and support of the workforce. Our customers include the National Finance Center at the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), which is the second largest revenue collecting source in the Federal Government managing over $40 billion dollars in duties, fees, and taxes.
