Executive
Diane Pairel oversees the operations of the business and guides the vision for strategic growth across five major markets and nine core capabilities. She drives the organization’s mission support services while cultivating customer, partner and employee relationships. During her over 20-year tenure with the company, GAP successfully graduated from a small, 8(a) company to a diverse mid-sized firm and expanded the company’s intelligence portfolio with a successful acquisition of TPGS, LLC, in 2018. Diane is a graduate of the University of Virginia.

Greg Dameron
Chief of Strategy and Growth
Greg Dameron, as the Chief of Strategy and Growth at GAP Solutions, spearheads the company’s expansion initiatives, leveraging a diverse portfolio of capabilities to drive sustainable growth. As a former Army officer, Greg brings leadership and a strategic mindset to GAP through his 18 years of experience across small, medium, and large GovCon companies. His expertise spans the entire Business Development life-cycle, encompassing strategy formulation, opportunity identification, pursuit, capture, and acquisition of new business. Greg is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point.
Stephen (Steve) Ruppert is a corporate Vice President who oversees a diverse portfolio of services in support of Enterprise Health Solutions, Scientific and Technical services, Preparedness and Response operations, and other unique missions. Steve joined GAP Solutions in 2002 and has previously served the company in numerous roles in proposal and program management. Steve is a graduate of the University of Delaware and also certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
Eric Schorr
Training Ops & Logistics
Eric Schorr is a corporate Vice President who oversees a diverse portfolio of services in support of critical operations, logistics, and training expertise to meet our customers critical homeland security support requirements and improve operational readiness. He has over thirty years experience in the Government Services Industry and applies his experience to build strong relationships and provide agile anticipation of worldwide mission driven requirements. Eric is a graduate of Old Dominion University.
Scott Davis
Defense & Intelligence
Scott Davis is a corporate Vice President who oversees a diverse portfolio of services in support of critical intelligence requirements. Prior to joining GAP Solutions in 2020, Scott completed a 27-year military career as an intelligence officer, Commander and staff officer before retiring out of the Intelligence Community in the Washington DC area. He applies his leadership and deep understand of the intelligence and military landscape to meet government and customer/partner mission needs. Scott is a graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy and also holds a Master’s degree in Business Organizational Management.
Anita Flowers
Management & Technical Solutions
Anita Flowers is a Senior Executive who oversees a diverse portfolio of programs supporting government clients with mission solutions for human resources, administrative support functions, litigation and attorney support services, application development, training and highly specialized curriculum development, business operations functions, and other specialized services. Anita has almost twenty years of leadership, business development, and executive management experience including multi-national and US-based government work. She was born and raised in Romania and holds multiple bachelor’s degrees and a master’s degree in Finance Management from Germany and is fully proficient in English, German, Romanian and French. Anita is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

Brian McLamb
Chief Technology Officer
Brian McLamb is a corporate Chief Information/Technology Officer who oversees corporate Information Systems and is our contract technology advisor. Brian began his IT career in 1995 before joining the US Coast Guard where he served as an Information Systems Technician for the Intel Directorate at US Coast Guard Headquarters. Brian has held leadership roles as a government contractor for US Army, FBI, NIH, and HUD. Brian has a Bachelors's Degree in Computer Science, a Master's Degree in Information Systems Management, and a Master's Degree in Business Administration.
Edsson Contreras
Director Contracts
Edsson Contreras oversees all contracts operations and contract related activities. Edsson joined GAP in 2008 where he served as on-site Program Manager to a GAP Federal health customer and has served in various program and account management roles. Edsson brings his combined experiences supporting Federal customers ensuring high quality contract performance and compliance across the broad and diverse portfolio of contracts. Edsson is a graduate of the University of Maryland.
Kinga Crouch oversees the directing, planning, and, coordinating the accounting operational functions. Prior to joining GAP Solutions in 2020, Kinga managed accounting divisions, holding positions in both the private and the public sector. She applies her experience in all accounting aspects and strong understanding of government regulations and compliance to ensure the finance and accounting department supports the company in providing top notch agility, flexibility, and responsiveness to our customers and partners.
Kinga was born and raised in Poland and is a graduate of the Academy of Management in Lodz, Poland.
Maria Steranko
Director Human Resources
As the Director of Human Resources, Maria oversees both the HR and Security teams, ensuring the seamless integration of talent management, employee relations, compliance, and organizational security. Prior to joining GAP Solutions in 2021, Maria held positions at a small business government contractor and a large private sector company where her leadership was characterized by her focus on operational efficiency, employee well-being, and the alignment of HR practices with the overall business objectives of the company.
Maria was born and raised in Ecuador and holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Shepherd University and is currently pursuing an MBA at James Madison University to further expand her strategic business acumen. Maria is also certified as a SHRM-CP, underscoring her commitment to the highest standards in HR practices.
