Diane Pairel oversees the operations of the business and guides the vision for strategic growth across five major markets and nine core capabilities. She drives to organization’s mission support services while cultivating customer, partner and employee relationships. During her close to 20-year tenure with the company, GAP successfully graduated from a small, 8(a) company to a diverse mid-sized firm and expanded the company’s intelligence portfolio with a successful acquisition of TPGS, LLC, in 2018. Diane is a graduate of the University of Virginia.
Nick Gismondi directs the staff in providing high quality products and services across five major markets and nine core capabilities. He provides leadership and operational/technical expertise to ensure GAP’s deep industry knowledge seamlessly meets the Government requirements and customer/partner mission needs. Prior to joining GAP Solutions in 2020, Nick completed a thirty-year military career as an acquisitions officer, fighter/special operations pilot, multi-echelon Commander, and staff officer before retiring out of the Intelligence Community. Nick is a graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy and also holds Master’s degrees in Acquisition & Logistics Management, Operations Management, And Strategic Planning.
Marty Rathmann is a corporate Senior Vice President who oversees corporate strategy and growth. He joined GAP in 2005 and has a deep knowledge of programs under the company consisting of hundreds of personnel in all 50 states and several territories. In 2012 he became head of business development with oversight of strategic growth initiatives, capture management, and proposal development. Marty is a graduate Valparaiso University in Indiana and also certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
Greg Bice is a corporate Vice President who oversees delivering workforce, management advisory, and technological, digital solutions to our strategic customers across five major markets and nine core capabilities. He serves as a lead capture manager for large-scale strategic accounts and opportunities. He has a deep program management and health solutions background and was the Health & Technical Portfolio Executive prior to his current position. Greg is a graduate of Occidental College and also certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
Eric Schorr is a corporate Vice President who oversees a diverse portfolio of services in support of critical operations, logistics, and training expertise to meet our customers critical homeland security support requirements and improve operational readiness. He has over thirty years experience in the Government Services Industry and applies his experience to build strong relationships and provide agile anticipation of worldwide mission driven requirements. Eric is a graduate of Old Dominion University.
Stephen (Steve) Ruppert is a corporate Vice President who oversees a diverse portfolio of services in support of Enterprise Health Solutions, Scientific and Technical services, Preparedness and Response operations, and other unique missions. Steve joined GAP Solutions in 2002 and has previously served the company in numerous roles in proposal and program management. Steve is a graduate of the University of Delaware and also certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
Scott Davis is a corporate Vice President who oversees a diverse portfolio of services in support of critical intelligence requirements. Prior to joining GAP Solutions in 2020, Scott completed a 27-year military career as an intelligence officer, Commander and staff officer before retiring out of the Intelligence Community in the Washington DC area. He applies his leadership and deep understand of the intelligence and military landscape to meet government and customer/partner mission needs. Scott is a graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy and also holds a Master’s degree in Business Organizational Management.
Nicholas Ammons is a senior leader who oversees the business operations to ensure a corporate level focus on high quality execution and delivery of our products, services, and capabilities to support our partners and customers. Nick joined GAP Solutions in 2021 after a diverse experience in the US Army, small business ownership, business development and management in the government contracting industry, professional consulting, and a National level political appointment. Nick is a graduate of Columbia Southern University.
Leriza Alcancia oversees corporate human resources programs ranging from employee relations, benefits, rewards, talent acquisition, and compliance. She works with all levels of staff to improve and develop operational and HR practices through compliance and policy development. She joined GAP Solutions in 2004 and has also worked in program management supporting government clients serving in a Program Manager capacity before moving to her current position in 2014. Leriza is a graduate of George Mason University.
Edsson Contreras oversees all contracts operations and contract related activities. Edsson joined GAP in 2008 where he served as on-site Program Manager to a GAP Federal health customer and has served in various program and account management roles. Edsson brings his combined experiences supporting Federal customers ensuring high quality contract performance and compliance across the broad and diverse portfolio of contracts. Edsson is a graduate of the University of Maryland.
Chris Chroniger oversees the development, integration, and delivery of advanced technology solutions to customers. Before joining GAP in 2015, he has worked in various capacities including start up founder, member of IT councils, and numerous technical positions. Chris is a graduate of the University of Maryland, is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Cisco Certified Internetworking Expert (CCIE), and holds additional technology and executive leadership certifications.
Kinga Crouch oversees the directing, planning, and, coordinating the accounting operational functions. Prior to joining GAP Solutions in 2020, Kinga managed accounting divisions, holding positions in both the private and the public sector. She applies her experience in all accounting aspects and strong understanding of government regulations and compliance to ensure the finance and accounting department supports the company in providing top notch agility, flexibility, and responsiveness to our customers and partners.
Kinga was born and raised in Poland and is a graduate of the Academy of Management in Lodz, Poland.
